This was an affordable decent clinic with Dr. G. I’m not so sure anymore. Waited six months for a dental surgeon, scheduled then read his linked-in regarding “toxic environment”. Sent me into panic because I’ve had doubts about this place and they were reluctant to give any bio info. Meanwhile I lost $50 deposit when I cancelled at 9am for dental cleaning following day. Consider yourself lucky if anyone answers at all…also learned they outsource some confirmation calls. The other vets I have seen here were good though so I was hoping for another Dr. Vlad…
They don’t have a working x-ray machine for dental visits. This is subpar dental care—you can’t tell if there is decay below the surface without X-rays.
Despite reminding me like four times about the $50 non-refundable deposit, nobody bothered to tell me before my appointment that they were only going to do a half-A job without the proper tools. I didn’t find out about this until the vet tech was checking me in.
They charge the same price even without X-rays because “we don’t charge for x-rays”.
The vet surgeon was really nice and offered to call me back if/when they get their machine working. Not like that gets my day back at work or my dog’s teeth fixed.
Also, I heard that prices have gone up by about 50% since spring of 2023, so if you’re expecting it to be cheap, it probably isn’t.
Dr. G is amazing I had to put my dog down the hardest thing I have ever done he was amazing. Yes he is very busy it's like a zoo often but that's because he is so well liked. He does his best so until you walk in his shoes I wouldn't knock him or his business.
They sent my dogs to get vaccinated today and the receptionist was terrible, she looked horrible. She must have been in a bad mood but that's none of my business, she needs to be more professional and we weren't treated well, the nurse and doctor were lovely. The value also rose a lot. I won't be returning and we have been customers for years.
I got my dog the bortella vaccine and my dog got kennel cough. Then when my dog took Doxycycline for over $100. Now after 13 days my dog is still coughing. Did they not vaccinate my dog and then give me sugar pills? I am changing vets.
I was so pleased with the service I got here. My dog was extremely comfortable. Dr.Wolff was very thorough and explained everything with clarity. I’m glad to have found this clinic and I don’t have to look any further for a good place to take my animals.
I have used this vet for over 8 years and loved them until....my last couple visist. I brought my puppos in for his annual senior check up and to check a lump. Last year, they told me it was just a fat deposit and he was fine (they biopsied him) This time I asked them to recheck the lump as it had grown First, they didn't do any type of check up, only gave his shots. The Vet, Dr. Joy, came in and asked us what we wanted to do about the lump...Um...you are the Vet aren't you supposed to advise us?? She asked who told us it was only a fat deposit...I told her YOU DID. Obviously, i want it rechecked. They pulled fluid from it and told us to wait a few days. The Vet contacted me the next evening and said " we found probable.....ugh my phone is giving me feedback and i need to call you right back" She didn't call me back. I had to leave 5 messages and an email for her to finally contact me , which happened almost 24 hours after her initial call. They do not answer their phone ever. Its insane. She proceeded to tell me that my fur angel has probable cancer cells. I asked her the next course of action-she gave me a very generic answer and had someone talking to her in the background the entire conversation to which I couldn't barely hear what she was saying. . She asked if I wanted to schedule surgery in which i replied- nope! I asked why she didn't call me back after the first phone call as you would think that when you tell someone something about their puppy, you would make it a priority. She informed me that she got busy and had to leave the office by 7pm. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME. Not here, not ever. I will never bring my pup back here. The Vet acted as if we were inconveniencing her and had no bedside manner with our puppy. Dr G used to be the Vet here and he was incredible. I didn't realize he was gone until i read reviews-only to find I am not the only one dissatisfied with this place. Makes me sad as I used to love them and would always recommend them. I will not be doing that anymore, actually the opposite. The one star is for the Vet techs- they were great , they just work for a terrible vet. I have scheduled my baby with another Vet . Please don't take your animals here.
The staff here are very caring and sincere. I live in Littleton but I will travel 30 minutes out because it feels good to deal with people that treat you the way you expect to be treated in my situation.
